My space this week? My creativity is still flowing through the crochet hook - surprise, surprise! But instead of granny squares I did a bit of experimentation over the weekend with some very fine cotton (see reels) and ended up doing some experimental amirugumi (see bally looking thing in front of reels). Because I didn't really know what I was doing in regards to the amirugumi I decided to look at some tutorials and downloaded a free pattern to make a rabbit. (note the mini-mini granny square I sewed to her chest!) It was a lot of fun and quite easy but I think that was mainly to do with the fact that I wasn't working in miniature - yes, my next challenge!!
I was also very excited when I arrived home last night to my little parcel from Sophie (Sophie Isobel Designs). My gorgeous 'I heart Tea cup Owls' brooch arrived, immaculately wrapped. Sophie wraps her badges so beautifully that it's almost a crime to have to open them!
Kirsty has started a new bent to the Creative Space weekly post. She has asked us to include a heart in our photos. Can you see the two hearts I have included? I have kind of cheated but they're pretty easy to spot. =) If you can't find them then click here and all will be revealed!

I have been finding hearts for about an hour now and I can't find yours!!! I am blind obviously, off for several coffees or teas not sure which yet!!!maybe both

I could only find one - the one you weren't too sure about... You have so much going on there in your space, it's fantastic. The rabbit's come up really well and i love the bit of free-styling on her chest!

@ everyone - thanks for all your comments! I am afraid I have been a little misleading. The photograph is taken in my office at work. I can't take my photos at home very often as I'm not home during the day to access the decent light. So I take things into work with me and at breaktime take the shot with my mobile. I write up what I want to say the night before and then publish things at break/lunchtime. The great view is what I get to see all day but is not my 'creative space' in the greater scheme of things
