Damn that remnant table. Actually no, I take that back. Bless their remnant table. Bless them for giving me an opportunity to spontaneously buy stunning fabric I do not need for half price. Bless them for giving me remnants that inspire me to sew.
First visit...
second visit...
Stroking the cloth with my fingers,
Singing my life with its threads,
Killing me softly with its cloth, killing me softly with its cloth sewing my whole life with its cloth, killing me softly, with its cloth...
Yes, I will stop now before I truly embarrass myself!!
Felicity, it's all your fault!!

Love Love Love Tessuti's. I have not seen the melb store which im guessing is gorgeous and new as i live in Sydney, but they have been a staple of any serious fabnric lover here for years. Im partial to the remnant table myself.............if only we could all be mega rich and buy metre's and metres of fabrics
Ahh yes. Wouldn't it be great to buy metres and metres of their fabric! They have some mind blowingly beautiful stuff. Glad to find a fellow tessuti lover!
I was just about to say i'd better plan a trip to Melbourne but is Nikki saying this store is in Sydney too? Off to google ...

There are FOUR stores in Sydney! You can't go wrong. You are cornered by them! One there, there, there and there! You can't get away! The lure of the remnant table awaits you... ;)
