silver smithing course...

Tomorrow I am going off to do a silver smithing course with some friends and I want to make a ring. Have been browsing Etsy for some simple ideas...

Rings

Middle Left: Silver Cracks Ring
Middle Right: Brass Bird Ring
Bottom Left: Slender Water Ring

I don't know what the course will entail in the sense of what skills I will be learning and using etc... so it's hard to bed down any real ideas. But I thought I better do some research just incase. Will definitely post the results on Sunday!

oh my gosh, oh my gosh, how exciting. I did one at the CAE and I fell in love with a new craft. I can't afford my own torch yet, but that is where my heart lies. To start with a sheet of metal, and have the skill to heat, fold, sculpt, mold and solder it into a funky wearable object, fascinates me. You are gunna love it.
Oh and did I read a comment somewhere that you like canasta, me too ( :
