This is my bedside. It's on top of my chest of drawers which houses my newly accumulated yarn and crafty bibs and bobs I've been picking up around the place.
The mirror was found by the side of the road. It was one of those really special moments when you find something you have always wanted or been looking out for. I couldn't believe it was just sitting there saying "Hello Melanie, I've been waiting for you".
There's also my collection of sequin vintage purses to the right, my collection of old perfume bottles on the far left and all the bits and pieces that I tizz myself up with in between.

I too have a few glomesh purses & vintage atomisers, but I don't have such a cute femine place to display them... when (if, ever, before I die...) we buy a house I am SO getting me one of those ye olde dressing tables they are always trying to give away at the oppie for pretty girlie things to reside on!!

I just spent ages looking at that photo and noticing all the little treasures and collections. Sort of like those 'I spy' books. ps I'm a bit of a sucker for an aesop product too.

That is one awesome bedside! So many amazing things to look at. You must just look at that every morning for inspiration. Glad the universe provided a mirror for you. I love it when that happens. One day i needed a cork board and a market umbrella for a stall i was having the next day... walked down my street and their they were! Fabulous!
Oh and one time i was at the beach with a friend and she was complaining that she needed a comb... 10 minutes later, one washed up right beside her as we walked on the beach. lol.
